Job Title: Room Service Attendant Department: In-Room Dining / F&B Service Reports To: Room Service Supervisor / Manager Job Summary: Delivers food and beverages to guest rooms while ensuring timely, courteous, and hygienic service. Key Responsibilities: Take and confirm room service orders. Deliver orders with proper setup and presentation. Retrieve trays and ensure cleanliness post-service. Maintain knowledge of menu and hotel policies. Follow safety and sanitation standards. Skills & Qualifications: Good communication and etiquette. Basic food handling knowledge. Experience in hospitality or room service preferred.
