Job Description

As a Room Service Attendant in the In-Room Dining / F&B Service department, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest rooms with a focus on providing timely, courteous, and hygienic service. Your key responsibilities will include taking and confirming room service orders, delivering orders with proper setup and presentation, retrieving trays and ensuring cleanliness post-service, maintaining knowledge of the menu and hotel policies, as well as following safety and sanitation standards. To excel in this role, you should have good communication skills and etiquette, along with basic food handling knowledge. Prior experience in hospitality or room service is preferred. This is a full-time position with the benefit of food provided. Fluency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person. The expected start date for this position is 15/07/2025.,
