1. Address guest concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
2. Greet and interact with VIPs, regular guests, and important visitors to promote positive relationships.
3. Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
4. Supervise and coordinate all front office activities including check-in/out, room assignments, billing, and guest inquiries.
5. Oversee reservations and room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
6. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and resolve any service issues.
7. Conduct performance reviews and support professional development for team members.
8. Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs in accordance with business levels.
9. Monitor and control departmental budgets and expenses.
10. Review night audit reports and ensure proper revenue reporting.
