1. Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, breads (naan, roti), biryanis, and regional specialties.
2. Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and assistants within your section (e.g., Tandoor, Curry, or South Indian).
3. Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary to maintain inventory levels.
4. Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen as per food safety norms.
5. Ensure that all kitchen equipment in your section is used correctly, cleaned, and maintained.
6. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Indian cooking techniques and recipes

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
