Monitor food stock and place orders as needed. Assist in the creation of new menu items and specials. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in an Indian kitchen. Culinary degree or equivalent certification. In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and creativity.
