Housekeeper

Responsibilities : Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces. - Supervise a team of housekeeping staff to deliver top-notch services. - Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization. - Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly. - Keep track of inventory and ensure an adequate supply of housekeeping materials. - Train and develop housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance. - Enforce safety and security protocols for both guests and employees. - Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping management (Preferred). - Strong communication skills in English and basic computer knowledge. - Must exhibit commitment, seriousness, and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
