MEP Executive / MEP Supervisor

1. Supervise day-to-day maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems across all hotel areas.

2. Monitor the performance of all MEP equipment such as chillers, pumps, air handling units, generators, electrical panels, boilers, and water supply systems.

3. Ensure all MEP systems comply with local authority codes (electrical, fire safety, water quality, etc.).

4. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures.

5. Quickly diagnose faults and lead repair work with minimal disruption to guest services.

6. Maintain logs of daily maintenance activities, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance checks.

7. Assist in preparing monthly reports for engineering performance and utility consumption.

8. Update maintenance records and asset registers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
