Job Description

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest or client experiences, managing staff, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. This position is key to promoting the organization’s image and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Service:Welcome and greet visitors, guests, and clients in a friendly manner. Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues efficiently and professionally. Ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process (if applicable). Act as the point of contact for escalated concerns. 2. Team Management:Supervise, train, and evaluate front desk staff, including receptionists and concierge team. Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure adequate coverage. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and feedback. 3. Administrative Duties:Manage front office operations and workflows, including appointment scheduling and correspondence. Maintain accurate records of visitors, inquiries, and daily operations. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. 4. Operations Oversight:Monitor front desk cleanliness, organization, and functionality. Manage inventory of office supplies and order replacements as needed. Ensure all equipment, such as telephones and computers, are operational and well-maintained. 5. Coordination and Communication:Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, or sales) to meet customer needs. Communicate effectively with staff, leadership, and external stakeholders. 6. Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in the front office area. Handle sensitive information, such as guest data, with discretion and security.
