Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Office & Guest Services Apprentice in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Provide exceptional guest services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle various tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving complaints.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including check-in/check-out forms and room assignments.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality results.
