Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in front office operations and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaint handling.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of front office software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
