Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage front office operations, ensuring a smooth flow of guests and visitors. Handle guest relations, providing exceptional customer service to ensure their needs are met. Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports. Maintain accurate records and databases for the organization's activities. Perform various receptionist duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting guests. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in administration work or related field (front desk/front office). Strong skills in front desk management, general office management, guest handling/guest relationship management. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for document preparation and data entry.
