Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in inventory management and a strong understanding of warehouse procedures. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure stock levels are optimized. Order Management: Oversee the ordering, receiving, and distribution of products and supplies. Warehouse Operations: Supervise warehouse staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient workflow. Supplier Relations: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain issues. Reporting: Generate detailed reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and performance metrics. Loss Prevention: Develop and implement protocols to minimise inventory loss and ensure product quality. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in inventory management or a related field. Must have Tally knowledge Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
