Job Summary: The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for all members and visitors of the Yoga Studio. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling customer inquiries, coordinating class schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring a welcoming and serene environment that reflects the values of the studio. Key Responsibilities:1. Reception & Customer Service Greet members, guests, and visitors warmly and assist them with class information, schedules, and memberships. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally and promptly. Maintain a calm, positive, and service-oriented atmosphere at the reception area. Support new members with registration, onboarding, and orientation. 2. Administrative & Operational Support Maintain attendance records, membership databases, and daily check-in logs. Assist the Center Manager in scheduling classes, workshops, and instructor coordination. Manage front desk supplies, display materials, and maintain overall cleanliness of the reception area. Handle billing, receipts, and daily cash or digital transaction reports. 3. Communication & Coordination Serve as the communication link between clients, instructors, and management. Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for smooth daily operations. Update and display class timetables, event announcements, and studio notices. 4. Marketing & Membership Assistance Assist in promoting memberships, packages, and upcoming events or workshops. Support digital engagement activities like social media updates, feedback collection, and email reminders. Encourage member retention through courteous communication and personalized service. 5. Compliance & Professionalism Ensure adherence to studio policies, health and safety protocols, and confidentiality of member data. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times in alignment with the studio’s wellness ethos. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Hospitality, Management, or Commerce preferred). 1–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or administrative roles. Prior experience in a wellness center, yoga studio, or fitness facility preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
