LOCATION: Cannaught Place, Delhi Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to manage front -desk operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while handling administrative and clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and friendly demeanor. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments. Handle appointment scheduling and maintain meeting room bookings. Assist in administrative tasks such as document management, data entry, and correspondence. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations. Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times. Assist in handling couriers, deliveries, and office communications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. 1-3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and customer service-oriented attitude. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of office management procedures. Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures.
