Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
Handle cash, credit, or check transactions efficiently and accurately.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, promoting a positive work environment.

Job Requirements
