We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Associate in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to handle complex issues efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of hotel management principles and practices is essential.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications is preferred.
A high level of energy and enthusiasm, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, is necessary.
