At Loop Hostels, the Front Desk Executive becomes the heart of the hostel — the first face guests meet and the person who keeps the experience smooth, friendly, and memorable.

Role in detail:

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude (“service with a smile”).
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, registrations, and ID verifications.
• Guide guests with clear information on rooms, rules, facilities, and events.
• Handle calls, queries, and basic coordination with housekeeping and operations.
• Maintain daily records, billing entries, and simple Excel/Word updates.
• Resolve guest concerns politely and escalate when needed.
• Support hostel operations during rush hours and shift transitions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-friendly front desk area.
