Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests upon arrival and ensure seamless check-in and check-out.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently.
Handle phone calls and emails professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams for guest services.
Maintain accurate guest records and billing-related processes.
Uphold company standards for guest satisfaction and hotel service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Graduate/ Diploma in Hotel Management preferred, but not mandatory.
Experience: 0–3 years in front office or customer service roles (freshers welcome).
Skills: Good communication, interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle pressure and multi-task with a professional demeanor.
