Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a wide variety of Chinese dishes as per menu and guest preferences.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Assist in daily kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness at the workstation.
Follow standard recipes and contribute to creating new dishes.
Check and maintain proper storage of ingredients and inventory.
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Work as part of the team and assist seniors in the kitchen when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Chinese Commi I or similar role in hotels or restaurants.
Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
