Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate to join our team at Cygnett Inn. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of front office software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
