Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and issues efficiently.
Basic knowledge of hotel management principles and practices is desirable.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
