Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate to join our team at BHAIRAVGARM PALACE. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, attentive, and responsive to guests' needs.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
