Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate to join our team in Trident. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and be a fresher or have relevant experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall performance.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel management systems, including reservation and check-in procedures, is preferred.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to changing situations are essential.
  • Team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
