Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop reusable components and maintainable UI architectures following modern front-end design principles.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize web applications for maximum performance, scalability, and SEO, leveraging SSR/SSG capabilities in Next.js.
• Manage application state using Redux, Recoil, or Context API.
• Work on secure and efficient API integrations, authentication, and role-based access control.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, maintain code quality, and enforce front-end development standards.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and promote engineering best practices.
• Partner with DevOps and QA teams to support CI/CD workflows and release automation.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of front-end development experience, including 3+ years focused on React.js and Next.js.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-traffic, production-grade applications.
• Deep understanding of front-end architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with micro-frontend architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
