In this role, you will handle front office responsibilities, manage calls and visitors, and support administrative tasks. As part of a fast-paced digital marketing service company, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and create a professional and welcoming environment for clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

● Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

● Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

● Manage reception area, maintain visitor logs, and handle inquiries.

● Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

● Assist with basic administrative tasks (emails, documentation, courier handling, filing).

● Support HR and management in day-to-day office operations.

● Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (physical and digital).

● Ensure a neat and professional reception area.
