*Working Hours:* 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

### *Job Summary:*

We are seeking a professional and friendly *Front Desk Receptionist* to manage our reception area. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and will provide administrative support across the organization. A pleasant personality, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask are essential.

### *Key Responsibilities:*

* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.

* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

* Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.

* Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting calls.

* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

* Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.

* Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security procedures.

* Handle inquiries from clients, employees, and other stakeholders.

* Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.

### *Requirements:*

* Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role preferred.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Customer service attitude.

* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

* Graduate in any discipline preferred.
