Front Desk Receptionist

Customer Relationship Management:

 Fixing Appointment with clients and ensure the lead management. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with both internal andexternal customers, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction. Provide courteous and prompt responses to client inquiries and requests,ensuring a seamless client experience. Monitor registration and admission standards, ensuring compliance withclinic policies and maintaining high-quality service at all touchpoints.

Multitasking & Revenue Generation:

 Multitask efficiently, handling multiple operational duties simultaneously,including customer interactions, scheduling, and reporting. Proactively contribute to clinic revenue generation by identifyingopportunities for improving patient flow, service efficiency, and optimizingbilling procedures. Maintain prompt Billing process, including invoices, payments, ensuringaccuracy and compliance with clinic policies

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, orrelated field (preferred but not mandatory based on relevantexperience). Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multipleresponsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth by optimizing front officeoperations and patient services. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability torespond professionally and tactfully to client inquiries. Proficient in office management software and tools for scheduling,documentation, and reporting. Experience in financial monitoring, including billing, invoice tracking. Flexible with scheduling, including the ability to work on weekends andmanage varying shifts when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
