Job Description

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 0–5 years of experience in front office or customer service role.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients, attendants, and visitors politely and assist them with inquiries.
Handle patient registration, admission, and discharge processes accurately.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments with doctors and diagnostic departments.
Maintain and update patient records in the hospital management system.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Manage the front desk area and ensure a clean, organized reception environment.
Coordinate with the billing department for payments, insurance details, and receipts.
Verify patient documents, ID proofs, and insurance details as required.
Assist in managing patient flow and reduce waiting times through effective coordination.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and uphold hospital policies and protocols.
Should be flexible with morning, noon & night shifts.
