Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with medical staff and managing the calendar efficiently to accommodate patient needs. Process patient registrations and handle billing inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients and visitors. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records in accordance with privacy regulations. Provide information and support to patients regarding centre services, treatment processes, and patient resources.
