Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles or treatments Cut, style, color, and chemically treat hair as per client requirements Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation and tools Upsell salon products and services Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques Build and maintain strong client relationships Adhere to health and safety standards Requirements: Proven experience as a hairstylist or barber Certification from a cosmetology or hair styling school Knowledge of a wide range of hair care techniques and products Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Professional demeanor and grooming Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: Kannada (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
