Front Desk Receptionist

As a Front Desk Receptionist at our salon, your role involves managing daily client interactions, appointments, billing, stock entries, and cash flow, while ensuring smooth staff operations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: - Greet clients warmly and ensure a pleasant salon experience. - Schedule and manage client appointments using salon software or manually. - Handle customer inquiries, walk-ins, and follow-ups professionally. - Maintain client records, service history, and feedback. - Generate and process client bills accurately. - Maintain cash register balance and prepare daily closing reports. - Monitor salon product stock levels and notify management for reorders. - Assist in maintaining product displays and cleanliness at the reception area. - Support smooth staff scheduling and service flow. - Communicate client appointments and changes promptly to stylists and therapists. - Help maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork among salon staff. - Maintain daily reports (sales, appointments, stock, expenses). - Coordinate with vendors for product supply and service maintenance. - Support management with administrative and promotional tasks as required. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive (preferably in a salon, spa, or beauty clinic). - Good communication and customer service skills. - Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, and inventory management. - Familiarity with MS Office or salon management software. - Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
