We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium Hair & Skin Clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, managing a team of professionals, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and driving business growth. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills who thrives in a luxury healthcare and beauty environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring a seamless and premium client experience. Lead, train, and motivate a team of front desk staff, therapists, and medical professionals. Coordinate schedules and appointments for our doctors. Maintain clinic ambiance and brand standards to create a welcoming, high-end atmosphere. Manage inventory, procurement, and ensure adequate stock of products and equipment. Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and implement strategies to achieve business targets. Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinic management, salon/spa operations, or luxury hospitality. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in clinic or salon management software and MS Office. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong client service orientation and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience in managing a premium or branded Hair & Skin Clinic . Knowledge of skincare, haircare, or aesthetic services is an advantage.
