Clinic Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium Hair & Skin Clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, managing a team of professionals, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and driving business growth. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills who thrives in a luxury healthcare and beauty environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring a seamless and premium client experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of front desk staff, therapists, and medical professionals.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments for our doctors.
• Maintain clinic ambiance and brand standards to create a welcoming, high-end atmosphere.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and ensure adequate stock of products and equipment.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinic management, salon/spa operations, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in clinic or salon management software and MS Office.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong client service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in managing a premium or branded Hair & Skin Clinic.
• Knowledge of skincare, haircare, or aesthetic services is an advantage.
• Sales and business development skills to drive revenue growth.

Compensation:
