We are looking for 3 Hotel receptionists for our reputed hotel in Patna. She must have a variety of skills to be successful receptionist, including: · Communication Hotel receptionists should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a good telephone manner and great listening abilities. Must Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out. · Customer service They should be patient, tactful, and have good customer service skills. · Prioritising Receptionists should be able to stay calm and organized, even under pressure. They should also be able to create and maintain deadlines, delegate, and set goals.Hotel Receptionists tackle dozens of duties at once, with many requests coming in whilst you are extremely busy, requiring you to operate calmly. You must be able to prioritise multiple projects and tasks throughout your day without upsetting anybody. · Attention to detail Receptionists should be accurate and pay close attention to detail, especially when making guest invoices and following company processes. · IT skills Most hotel booking and billing systems are operated through computer software, so receptionists should have general computer knowledge and be willing to learn the hotel's computer system and software. · Multitasking Receptionists should be able to juggle multiple phone lines, face-to-face contact with guests, and clerical duties. · Interpersonal skills Receptionists should be able to work well with a team and get along with a variety of people. As a receptionist, you are the eyes and ears of the Hotel, making soft skills like dealing with office politics crucial to protecting your own reputation and the Hotel's. Your ability to maintain good relationships with employees at all levels of the company, including executives, is crucial. · Time management Receptionists should be able to effectively manage their time to be more productive. · Basic accounting Receptionists oversee guests' bookings and room service charges, so they should have basic accounting skills. · Event management Receptionists may also be responsible for planning and managing hotel events.
