Job Description

Are you a professional with exceptional organizational skills and a welcoming demeanor? We are seeking a Frontdesk Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Experience Center’s front office operations, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all visitors, including guests and architects. Additionally, you will oversee the administration of our store, maintaining an efficient and effective work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role, preferably within a design or creative environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office management software and tools.
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Front Office Management:

       Oversee the daily operations of the front desk at the Experience Center, ensuring all visitors receive a warm and professional welcome.
    • Guest Relations:

       Greet and assist guests, architects, and other visitors, providing them with necessary information and support during their visit.
    • Administrative Support:

       Manage administrative tasks related to the front office, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination with other departments.
    • Store Administration:

       Maintain an organized and efficient store environment, ensuring inventory levels are monitored and supplies are ordered as needed.
    • Team Coordination:

       Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate meetings, events, and other activities hosted at the Experience Center.
    • Problem Solving:

       Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise in the front office or store, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
    • Compliance:

       Ensure all front office operations comply with company policies and procedures.
