🚀 About the Role


We are looking for a presentable, energetic, and organised Receptionist to be the "face" of our Sales Gallery. You will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients and visitors. Your primary goal is to ensure every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and attended to, while also maintaining the office aesthetics and administrative supplies.

💼 Front Desk Executive will be responsible for:


1. Front Desk & Guest Experience

  • Greet all walking-in clients and visitors with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ensure guests are seated comfortably in the lounge area immediately upon arrival.
  • Manage the flow of visitors, ensuring no client is left unattended.

2. Sales Support & Coordination

  • Engage with visitors to collect basic details (Name, Phone Number, Requirement) and log them into the Visitor Register or CRM system.
  • Notify the relevant Sales Managers of the client's arrival and ensure a smooth handover for the sales presentation.
  • Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the concerned team members.

3. Sales Gallery Maintenance (Spic & Span Standards)

  • Take ownership of the Reception, Lounge, and Sales Gallery appearance.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure the entire sales gallery is spotless, dust-free, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure used cups/glasses are cleared immediately, and cushions/brochures are arranged neatly after every client meeting.

4. Admin & Pantry Inventory Management

  • Inventory Control: Maintain the office fridge and pantry stock.
  • Ensure there is always an adequate supply of fresh juices, milk, tea bags, coffee, sugar, and water bottles.
  • Place orders for replenishment well in advance to avoid any stock-outs.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of basic office supplies.


  • Desired Candidate Profile


    • Education: Graduate in any stream (Diploma in Hospitality/Front Office is a plus).
    • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Konkani.
    • Personality: Well-groomed, presentable, and polite with a pleasing personality.
    • Attitude: Proactive, service-oriented, and willing to take ownership of office standards.
    • Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets for data entry.
