Role Overview We at G D Goenka Public School, Habra are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-spoken Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors. The ideal candidate will handle admissions, manage enquiries, maintain records, assist walk-in visitors, and provide ongoing support to existing parents and students. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and prior experience interacting with parents in an educational environment. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Operations Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors with professionalism and warmth. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-ins. Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area. Admissions & Enquiry Management Manage the complete admissions process from enquiry to enrollment. Record and track prospective leads through the admissions funnel. Schedule school tours, counselling sessions, and follow-ups with prospective parents. Maintain updated records of enquiries, follow-up actions, and outcomes. Parent & Student Support Address ongoing parent and student queries with clarity and professionalism. Assist with documentation, fee-related queries, certificates, ID cards, and other student-related requirements. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams where required. Communication & Coordination Draft formal emails, circulars, and responses as needed. Coordinate appointments and meetings for school leadership or admissions counselling. Support internal events, open houses, orientation programs, and parent meetings. Documentation & Reporting Maintain and update records in Nascorp (experience preferred). Generate periodic enquiry/admission status reports. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a school or customer-facing role. Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in additional languages is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in interacting with parents. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database/ERP usage. Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality. Preferred Experience Prior experience in handling school admissions and parent communication.
