Role Overview

We at G D Goenka Public School, Habra are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-spoken Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors. The ideal candidate will handle admissions, manage enquiries, maintain records, assist walk-in visitors, and provide ongoing support to existing parents and students. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and prior experience interacting with parents in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations
  • Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Admissions & Enquiry Management
  • Manage the complete admissions process from enquiry to enrollment.
  • Record and track prospective leads through the admissions funnel.
  • Schedule school tours, counselling sessions, and follow-ups with prospective parents.
  • Maintain updated records of enquiries, follow-up actions, and outcomes.
  • Parent & Student Support
  • Address ongoing parent and student queries with clarity and professionalism.
  • Assist with documentation, fee-related queries, certificates, ID cards, and other student-related requirements.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams where required.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Draft formal emails, circulars, and responses as needed.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for school leadership or admissions counselling.
  • Support internal events, open houses, orientation programs, and parent meetings.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain and update records in Nascorp (experience preferred).
  • Generate periodic enquiry/admission status reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a school or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in interacting with parents.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database/ERP usage.
  • Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in handling school admissions and parent communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
