Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive based in Kolkata. The primary responsibilities include welcoming and assisting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The role also requires providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns of guests and clients. The Front Desk Executive will act as the first point of contact and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and managing inbound/outbound calls
• Experience with receptionist duties and front desk operations
• Maintain records of bookings, payments, and daily reports.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle client inquiries and concerns effectively
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in office software and POS tools is a plus
• Willingness to work on weekends/holidays

• Available to join immediately

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, F&B, or service industry is highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
