Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive at Goofy Golf, located in Kolkata. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing reception duties, answering phones, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication. Daily tasks include greeting guests, handling reservations, and assisting with customer inquiries. The Front Desk Executive must ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and efficient operation of the front desk. Qualifications Receptionist Duties, Phone Etiquette, and Customer Service skills Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times Proficiency in using office software and POS systems Experience in hospitality, front desk, F&B, or service industry is a plus Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to work on weekends/holidays Responsibilities: Welcome guests and manage walk-in/check-in process. Handle advance bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries. Manage billing, ticketing, and provide slips for food orders. Coordinate with café/kitchen staff for timely service. Maintain records of bookings, payments, and daily reports.

Role Description We’re hiring Guest Experience Associates for India’s largest indoor mini golf in Kolkata. Your role? Be on the playing area, guide customers, help them with the game, and make sure they leave with a smile. If you’re energetic, friendly, and love working with people (especially kids and families), we want you on our team! The role involves providing top-notch customer service to ensure all guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit. Qualifications Excellent Communication skills Positive, energetic personality with strong people skills. Strong Customer Service and Guest Experience skills Ability to handle children and families with patience and enthusiasm. Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus Comfortable working on weekends, holidays and evenings. Basic knowledge of golf/mini golf is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Responsibilities: Greet and guide customers in the mini golf area. Demonstrate how to play and explain rules in a fun, engaging way. Monitor the playing area, regulate the crowd, ensuring safety and fair play. Assist guests if they face any issues with equipment or gameplay. Maintain cleanliness and ensure props/equipment are in good condition.
