This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive at Goofy Golf, located in Kolkata. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing reception duties, answering phones, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication. Daily tasks include greeting guests, handling reservations, and assisting with customer inquiries. The Front Desk Executive must ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and efficient operation of the front desk.

Qualifications

Receptionist Duties, Phone Etiquette, and Customer Service skills
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Proficiency in using office software and POS systems
Experience in hospitality, front desk, F&B, or service industry is a plus
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work on weekends/holidays

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and manage walk-in/check-in process.
Handle advance bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries.
Manage billing, ticketing, and provide slips for food orders.
Coordinate with café/kitchen staff for timely service.
Maintain records of bookings, payments, and daily reports.
