Role Description

Guest Experience Associates

Your role? Be on the playing area, guide customers, help them with the game, and make sure they leave with a smile.

If you’re energetic, friendly, and love working with people (especially kids and families), we want you on our team! The role involves providing top-notch customer service to ensure all guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Positive, energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Strong Customer Service and Guest Experience skills
• Ability to handle children and families with patience and enthusiasm.
• Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
• Comfortable working on weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Basic knowledge of golf/mini golf is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide customers in the mini golf area.
• Demonstrate how to play and explain rules in a fun, engaging way.
• Monitor the playing area, regulate the crowd, ensuring safety and fair play.
• Assist guests if they face any issues with equipment or gameplay.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure props/equipment are in good condition.
