About the Role:

Guest Experience Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest communication via phone and WhatsApp with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with departments for

    pre-arrival arrangements

    and

    special guest requests

    .
  • Conduct

    post-checkout follow-ups

    and collect valuable guest feedback.
  • Maintain and update

    guest data in Excel

    and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Support in driving

    online reviews, ratings

    , and

    guest satisfaction initiatives

    .
  • Assist in compiling insights, trends, and follow-up actions for the Guest Experience Department.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Basic knowledge of

    MS Excel

    and reporting tools.
  • Warm, polite, and guest-centric attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Prior hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
