Guest Experience Associate

As a Guest Experience Associate, you will be the face of Sabha — welcoming guests, assisting with menu choices, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable café experience. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests with warmth and professionalism
• Take and serve food and beverage orders
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and product knowledge
• Handle billing and POS entries accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas
• Collaborate with baristas and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
• Support dine-in and takeaway service during peak hours
• Uphold hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality roles preferred
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Professional grooming and positive attitude
• Basic understanding of food safety and guest etiquette

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
