You should be comfortable owning content end-to-end — planning, shooting (phone/camera), light editing, posting, and learning from results. The Role We’re looking for an in-house Social Media Manager to own ZOA’s online presence. You’ll manage Instagram end-to-end (and future platforms), capture real moments on-site, and help build a strong local community that connects with the brand both online and in person. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being present, observant, and consistent. What You’ll Do Own ZOA’s social media presence, with Instagram as the primary platform Plan weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with brand moments and operations Capture and publish daily stories, posts, and short-form videos (Reels) Shoot ambience, food, beverages, team moments, behind-the-scenes, and guest experiences Write clean, on-brand captions with clarity and restraint Engage with the community via DMs and comments in a warm, respectful tone Coordinate closely with the on-ground team so content flows naturally with operations Track performance and share clear, simple insights regularly Work with external creatives when required and guide them with clarity What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand (Hospitality or lifestyle experience is a plus) Strong visual taste and attention to detail Comfort with shooting and editing short-form content (tool-agnostic) Ability to write consistently in a refined brand voice Organised, dependable, and self-driven execution Willingness to be present on-site and capture moments as they happen Why ZOA Opportunity to shape a brand’s digital presence from the ground up Creative freedom within a clearly defined aesthetic A calm, quality-driven environment Ownership, trust, and long-term growth Work Type: Full-time, on-site Location: Jodhpur Compensation: Based on experience and skill

The Role We’re looking for a Guest Experience Host to manage the front desk / hostess desk and ensure every guest feels welcomed, guided, and cared for from the moment they arrive. This role is not just about seating — it’s about presence, tone, and attention.
