Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive based in India. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing reception duties, answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional tasks include managing administrative needs, coordinating appointments, and maintaining a professional and organized reception area.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
• Professional and courteous Phone Etiquette and experience handling calls
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and administrative tasks
• Background in providing superior Customer Service in a professional environment
• Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using office systems, scheduling software, and basic computer applications
• Previous relevant experience in front desk, administrative, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or related fields are advantageous
