Overview
Amartara Hospitality Services is seeking a professional and dynamic Front Desk Executive / Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment, ensure smooth front-office operations, and support administrative functions for the hospitality unit.

Specific Skills
  • Bachelor s degree in any field (preferred).
  • 1 3 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles (hospitality sector experience is an added advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.
  • Professional appearance, guest-centric attitude, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsible For
  • Front Desk Management: Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and employees with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Call & Email Handling: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails promptly to relevant departments.
  • Guest & Visitor Coordination: Manage check-ins, maintain visitor records, and provide necessary information or assistance.
  • Office & Hospitality Administration: Maintain supplies inventory, coordinate orders, and ensure an organized and guest-friendly workspace.
  • Meeting & Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating reservations, and arranging conference/banquet facilities when required.
  • Mail & Courier Management: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate office records, guest logs, and administrative databases.
  • HR & Admin Support: Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding of staff, and organizing office or hospitality-related events.
  • Vendor & Facility Coordination: Coordinate with service providers, housekeeping, and facility teams to maintain smooth hospitality operations.
