Job Overview. Touchstone Educationals LLP is seeking a MohaliReceptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for handling all incoming calls, greeting and directing visitors, and providing administrative support to the team. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India, and is suitable for fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications And Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly and professional demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic accounting knowledge is a plus. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is preferred. Roles And Responsibilities. Manage all incoming calls and ensure appropriate routing. Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Handle courier and mail services. Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and photocopying. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoice preparation and expense tracking. Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
