Role Overview The SEO Freshers will work to execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO tasks across client websites. ldeal for someone who enjoys digging into tools, optimizing content, ensuring technical hygiene, and helping websites grow in rankings and traffic. You'll be responsible for implementing tasks, reporting on performance, and maintaining operational efficiency within the SEO function. Key Responsibilities • SEO Execution & Implementation Execute on-page SEO tasks including meta tags, headers, keyword optimization, alt texts, internal linking, etc. Support technical SEO implementations such as sitemap submissions, crawl error fixes, page speed improvements, and schema markup. Assist with backlink outreach and off-page SEO tasks, including local listings and citation building. Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO requirements are met across blogs, landing pages, and web updates. • Reporting & Monitoring Regularly track keyword rankings, traffic trends, and visibility metrics using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console .Maintain and update performance trackers for each client .Generate SEO reports and dashboards as per predefined templates with performance insights and highlights .Flag performance drops or opportunities to the SEO lead promptly . • Tools & Data Handlin g Work hands-on with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, and mor e.Conduct routine SEO audits using prebuilt checklists and report findings to the strategis t.Run crawl reports and maintain technical hygiene on client website s. • Workflow & Coordinati on Follow monthly and weekly SEO task plans shared by the strategi st.Ensure task completion within set deadlines with attention to deta il.Collaborate with internal teams to align SEO requirements with content publishing and development timelin es.Participate in internal review calls and team sync- u ps • Required Skills & Experien ce 1 year of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred ).
