Experience - Fresher (Strong communication skill) Salary - Upto 3 LPA + Incentive Location- Jaipur Note - Only Local Candidates Preferred Job Description The Sales Executive in a lift manufacturing company is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, promoting the company's elevator products (passenger lifts, freight elevators, home lifts, etc.), building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals. The focus is on both new installations and modernization/maintenance contracts. 1. Business Development Identify and approach potential clients (builders, architects, consultants, contractors, commercial and residential clients). Develop a pipeline of new projects for elevator installation and services. Attend industry expos, networking events, and meetings to promote products. 2. Client Relationship Management Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Address customer queries related to lift specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines. Provide technical and commercial presentations to clients. 3. Sales Process Management Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lift solutions (passenger, freight, MRL, capsule lifts, etc.). Prepare and submit commercial offers, quotations, and proposals. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Follow up on quotations and convert them into orders. 4. Coordination with Internal Teams Coordinate with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure project feasibility and proper execution. Work closely with the production and logistics teams for timely delivery and installation. Provide feedback from the market to the product development team. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and order status. Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence. Ensure all customer agreements, contracts, and documentation are accurate and complete. 6. After-Sales Support Coordinate with the service department to ensure proper installation and maintenance. Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales and renewals. Handle client complaints or service-related escalations and ensure resolution. Coordinate With .
